Tracking

 

Test: assuming same as last test per BodyOptimizationMetrics (44)

Start: 2008-06-23 (column 3 per initial test)

  • Week 1 MWF: 10/10/8/6/13(7+), 12/12/10/10/12(10+), 15/13/10/10/18(15+)
    • Tougher than I thought
    • Day 2 sucked hard
  • Week 2 MWF: 12/12/9/7/31(7+), 16/13/11/11/21(15+), 15/15/12/12/35(15+)
    • 2nd day always seems tougher per week

    • Surprised on how many I can do.
  • Week 3 MWF: 25/17/17/15/25(25+), 25/19/19/15/25(25+), 27/22/22/20/30(25+)
  • Week 4  1st attempt MWF: 27/20/20/17/36(27+), 27/21/21/1831(25+) , 29/22/22/20/30(29+)

  • Week 4 2nd Attempt: MWF:27/20/20/17/42(27+), 27/21/21/18/35(25+), 30/22/22/20/41(29+)
    • Tough the first time, but completed.
    • Redoing because I failed Week 5
  • Week 5 1st attempt MWF: 40/32/28(30+)/22(25+)/32(40+), ... , ...
    • Failed on the first day.
    • A LOT tougher.
  • Week 5 MWF: 40/32/30/25/40, 20/20/18/18/15/15/14/42(40+), 18/18/16/16/14/14/12/42(40+)
    • 1st day started strong, really strained the last 10 of last set.
    • Exhustion test results: 
  • Week 6 MWF: ..., ... , ...
